Statesmen's head coach Troy Jacobs stated, " The first game was to be expected since we haven't been able to get on the field or the dirt for nine days. The second game was more to our liking, it could have gone either way. If we were able to recover from a few errors, it would have been a different ball game. We play Louisburg three more times and I know we will come out victorious."
