Osman scored the game-winning goal in the 94th minute to help Richard Bland move on to the semifinals en route to the region tournament title. The Statesmen and USC Salkehatchie tied 1-1 in double-overtime last September 25 at home, before the Indians took a 1-0 decision last October 16 in South Carolina.
